Hoang Hai Ha (Ms) is a lecturer at Faculty of History, Hanoi National University of Education. She earned BSc in History from Hanoi National University of Education in 2006, and MA in European Studies from Maastricht University (The Netherlands) in 2008. She got a scholarship for a Doctoral programme (double degree) in International politics granted by Sant'Anna University (Italy) and Ghent University (Belgium), and was awarded Phd degree Cum laude in 2015. Her current research focuses on Modern and contemporary history of Vietnam, international relations and foreign policy of Vietnam (1945- present). She is the author of some articles published on International Relations (Sage), Asia Europe journal, and papers presented at international conferences.
