Enter Messages menu (yup the one with envelope icon),
Email Msgs -> Options -> Email Msgs Setup -> Account Settings -> New Entry
fill the form, I'll use gmail account as en example :
Account Name : fill what you like, it will appear on your email msgs folder e.g. haind@hnue.edu.vn
Status : Active
Name : it will appear in the email you send before your email address e.g. Nguyen Duy Hai
User ID : username@hnue.edu.vn you use to log in
Password : password you use to log in
Return Address : email address you want to use to receive reply.
Web Session : choose your working gprs/3g setting
Email Provider : Custom
Protocol : POP3
Sending host : smtp.gmail.com
Sending port : 465
Receiving host : pop.gmail.com
Receiving port : 993
Cleanup : how long do you want to keep your emails?
Save on server : do you want to keep your already retrieved email in your email server?
Security
Use SSL for sending : Yes (On)
Use SSL for receiving : Yes (On)
Warning in Background : If anything suspicious come up what do you want to do?
Size restriction : limit the size per email you want to receive
