Biography / Background
Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Thuy has been engaged as a lecturer at Hanoi National University of Education since 2010. She received Ph.D degree in Semiconductor Engineering from Hiroshima University in 2018, where she studied laser crystallization of Si thin films and ultrahigh-performance Si thin film transistors. In 2023, she became Associate Professor of Hanoi National University of Education. She has experience being PIs of two research projects in semiconductor devices granted by the Ministry of Education and Training and the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development, Vietnam (NAFOSTED). She is pursuing research on TCAD simulation and fabrication of advanced Si-transistors and their applications.
