Thai Thi Cam Trang has been a lecturer at Faculty of English (FOE), Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) since 1999.

As an English language educator to English majors and in-service students of HNUE, Trang has been involved in a variety of teaching and research areas including General English, English for Specific Purposes, English for Academic purposes, TESOL teacher development programs. She is one of master trainer for teachers of all levels throughout the country. She has been also actively participated in other areas including supervising graduate theses and students' research; designing and developing curricula and course materials for the undergraduate and postgraduate at HNUE. Beside that, Trang has been a leader and an active member of a lot of social and academic events of her faculty. She has been in organizing committee of the VietTESOL International Conference for 2 years, which is one of oustanding achievements of FOE in particular and HNUE in general.

Trang's research interests cover the field of English Language Teaching Methodology, Teacher Professional Development, Material Development and Learning Motivation.
